My expertise and passion is mentoring people to align their authentic self with their career<\/h3>\t\t\t
Let\u2019s face it we spend so much time and energy at work, whether working for an organisation or in our own venture. In my case I worked for many organisations over decades and no matter what role I had I never really felt it was me. After two career changes that still didn\u2019t fit I changed tack again and entered the career management and change area. Although it was not an immediate \u201cmarriage made in heaven, I knew I was in the right space and I have been in it for over 17 years now.
\nOver that time as a career change mentor, coach and trainer I have helped thousands of people in career change and transition 10 years ago I embarked on another career change of sorts and started my own company lumergy.<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

My mentoring style is empowering, authentic and down to earth<\/h3>\t\t\t
I\u2019m committed to the people I mentor and coach and firmly believe that my programs and the time we spend on your journey of change together will give you practical and lasting tools, and, the wisdom to help make your career transformation a reality.
\nI am passionate about assisting people to get out of the daily grind of where they are, or they feel, trapped in a role or career that is not them. Having had several of those experiences in my earlier careers in organisations and corporations, I know only too well the challenges and pains of working inauthentically and being out of alignment with who I am. Back then I finally realised that what I was running away from, my true self, would always be with me, I just had to go through the stages of the programs you will see in this website.<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>

I take my responsibility as a Mentor, Coach and Trainer sincerely as I really want to understand who you are, where you are, why you want a career change or transition, where you want to go and how you can best get there.<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>

Who do I work with?<\/h3>\t\t\t
I mentor women and men who, are at one end, over or dissatisfied with their careers, or, at the other end, are stuck and confused in their work and are not sure how to move forward.
\nThere is no one type or background. People come from a wide range of backgrounds and occupations and they all have problems and needs unique to their situations as are what they want to create and experience from a career change program.<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>
